"This office will hawk you if they need a payment in every form of communication but when it comes to them canceling a policy of yours such as Auto, they send the least modern form of communication in mail. This caused me to be on the road with no auto insurance resulting in a situation where I was involved in an accident with no car insurance, stranded and responsible for all the bills that comes along with it. 0/10 in communication and support"

"Insurance doubled in the past few years. Perfect driving records with two older cars and our premiums are 20% of the cars' value per year. Seriously, $1,900 a year for a car worth less than $10k. Almost four grand a year for a 2015 Corolla and 2014 Impreza, both base models. Every billing period the premium goes up $150 to $200. Absolute scumbags, can't wait for these policies expire so we can switch."
