"Insurance doubled in the past few years. Perfect driving records with two older cars and our premiums are 20% of the cars' value per year. Seriously, $1,900 a year for a car worth less than $10k. Almost four grand a year for a 2015 Corolla and 2014 Impreza, both base models. Every billing period the premium goes up $150 to $200. Absolute scumbags, can't wait for these policies expire so we can switch."
